All standard orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. The standard delivery timeline will be 10 to 15 working days after dispatch. The tracking Id will be sent via mail after dispatch. Containment Zones may experience some delay.
Order processing starts from the day of payment receipt against the order placed. For orders placed after 18:00 hours, it begins the next day. The delivery time is an approximate time mentioned by the vendor against each product. Essell shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by lockdowns, flood, fire, act of God or any cause that is beyond the control of Essell.
If a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by the user (i.e., address or contact number) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be borne by the user placing the order.
The user must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of article. Essell reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point in time. If upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), Essell has the sole right to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available at this website.
